Heat exchanger "COMPAC corrugated plate type"

Special wave-shaped processing is applied to the element, demonstrating high heat exchange performance!

The "COMPAC Wave Plate Type" is a heat exchanger designed for gas-to-gas, gas-to-liquid, and liquid-to-liquid applications, made by combining thin steel plates (t0.6) that have been processed with wave patterns on both sides. The elements are specially processed with wave patterns to exhibit high heat exchange performance. Since no gaskets are used, there is no leakage due to gasket deterioration, allowing for long-term operation without maintenance. Additionally, by combining elements and element blocks, it can accommodate capacities ranging from small to large. 【Features】 ■ Exhibits high heat exchange performance ■ Pressure resistance up to 30 kPa ■ Each element has a fully welded structure, maintaining complete airtightness ■ No leakage due to gasket deterioration, allowing for long-term maintenance-free operation ■ Capable of handling capacities from small to large *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Radiative Double Cylinder Heat Exchanger

The numerous fins on the outer surface of the inner tube enhance the cooling effect of the preheated gas!

The "Radiation Type Double Cylinder Heat Exchanger" is a gas-gas heat exchanger that utilizes high-temperature heat source gas (above 800°C). It can heat preheated gas up to 650°C by using high-temperature heat source gas. The heat source gas flows inside the inner cylinder, which is installed concentrically, while preheated gas flows at high speed between the inner and outer cylinders. Gas radiation is due to the CO2 and H2O gases in the heat source gas, making it suitable for utilizing high-temperature gas due to the high concentration of these gases. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes high-temperature heat source gas (above 800°C) ■ Capable of heating preheated gas up to 650°C ■ Equipped with numerous fins on the outer surface of the inner cylinder to enhance the cooling effect of the preheated gas ■ Suitable for utilizing high-temperature gas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Radiant Cage-Type Heat Exchanger

Utilizing high-temperature heat source gas, preheated gas can be heated up to 650°C!

The "Radiation Type Cage Heat Exchanger" is a gas-gas heat exchanger that utilizes high-temperature heat source gas (over 800°C). It can heat preheated gas up to 650°C using high-temperature heat source gas. Instead of a double cylindrical inner tube, it uses tubes on the heat transfer surface. Heat source gas flows inside the inner tube, while preheated gas flows at high speed inside the tubes. Gas radiation is due to CO2 and H2O gases in the heat source gas, making it suitable for utilizing high-temperature gas due to the high concentration of these gases. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes high-temperature heat source gas (over 800°C) ■ Can heat preheated gas up to 650°C ■ Uses tubes on the heat transfer surface instead of a double cylindrical inner tube ■ Suitable for utilizing high-temperature gas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
